Blog #2: Getting Back On Track!

So lately I’ve been a bit frazzled and out of place by not having such a clear mind.  I have lost touch with myself and I think it’s about time that I finally reconnect. Have you ever had a period of time where your mind just doesn’t seem to be working? It’s as if a haze seeps into your head and you really just can’t find your way. Yeah, this is pretty much how I’m feeling.

I go through life in such a fast-paced way that I just barely notice anything. My mind races with thoughts and I can’t seem to slow them down. When I was meditating daily I noticed a significant change in this. I was thinking more clearly and I was able to pay attention to more things in life. I feel that I had gotten thrown off the meditation wagon for a while to help me realize it’s benefits. It really does help with coordination and being able to be more in the moment. Buddha really had something going on there.

It’s fantastic to see how much meditation really does help the brain. I had done a study about meditation and the human brain and the findings were simply fantastic. It has the ability to repair neural pathways, cure things like ADD, depression, anxiety and the like. It also has the ability to make the synchronization between both hemispheres much more equal and it allows for the whole brain to be used during day to day activities, not just spots. This will allow for a more even distribution of thoughts when trying to figure out a problem. Instead of looking at the problem from just a few points you will be able to see it from many more points.

It’s important to note that this really has helped cure even the most horrid of problems, cancer. There has been extensive research that meditation can cure cancer. By changing the way the brain thinks, it can change the way the cell thinks. What a fantastic thing! Our cells respond to everything we do. Every positive or negative thought, every positive or negative person in our life, every healthy or unhealthy thing we do (Whether it’s eating or working-out;Or the lack of the two)

So people, we must listen to our bodies! We are made up of so many complex structures and so many things that we just won’t understand. The most important thing that we can do is to treat our bodies in the best way possible.

Healing comes from within!

We Need Individuality!

The theory I’m starting to form from understanding all of this is that we may all come from the same source but we still are not one MIND. Our minds are not ONE. Reason? Humans need different MINDS in order to exist. A carpenter needs a person to know how to do electrical work and a person to know how to do plumbing in order to build a house correct? It IS highly possible that one person MAY know all of these things (Referred to as a “Jack of All Trades”) But for most of us…We have our special talents that we bring to the world and we simply can’t seem to understand the others. Could we try to understand the others? Of course…Do we have the ability to do these things if we would like to? YES! But overall, society needs different MINDS to operate and to GROW.

Our abilities to be able to think beyond are beneficial to human society so we can begin to think outside the realm of possibility and develop new ideas and essentially develop our minds. What we are doing by Astral Projection and Meditation and such is utilizing different brain waves that others don’t normally do on a daily basis.

Don’t you think that this long line of Astral Projection and Meditation and such is evolution in and of itself? We are creating these realities for ourselves and developing them and actively practicing them and it is changing the structure of our brains. It is PROVEN that meditation alters brain structure and forms new synapses and allows for us to utilize more of our brains when making decisions. It takes MILLIONS of years to see real evolution and our pineal glands are one of the things I would like to point out.

I would LOVE to have been able to study the brains of our past ancestors because I believe that would help hold the key to really whatever is going on. It is highly possible that their pineal glands were much LARGER than ours, or even on the other spectrum much smaller. We are losing our abilities to use our Pineal Glands through the foods we eat, the environment and just not utilizing it in the best way possible. Some, however, ARE! Some are practicing eating correctly and watching out for these harmful products we are putting in our bodies and spreading it to the NEXT generation.

The energies are there…Astral Projection is there…Meditation is there…What we are doing in the NOW is developing these senses. Just like you and I just ARE and this world just IS…

Separation

Before there was anything…Before you could even see…Before you could even feel…there was nothing. Not the kind of nothing that puts fear into the very souls that walk among the earth but there was beautiful and peaceful nothingness. This nothingness began to love itself so much that it started to create something. This something would string on and on and on to become the most beautiful things that we see today. We don’t realize how important this nothing is. We must embrace it and we must feel it in it’s entirety. For if we do not realize this nothing then we will be only susceptible to experience the something and this is only one side of the coin. To be able to really experience and really feel we must see everything from all angels and all possibilities. Animals have the power to realize that they are part of a slew of infinite possibilities. It is the mind that has been created to see separation. Other animals have the issues of predation or certain types of climate issues…We have the issue of the mind. We cannot separate from it. We become so engulfed in the mind that we no longer are able to really see. We need to break free from this way and start to feel in our hearts and accept the things around us. Whatever situation we find ourselves in we become part of that situation but it is important to be able to flow freely from being a part of the situation and become separate from it. We must see both sides. We must feel all angles to truly understand. And the most important part is to not judge anything that we see because then we are using the mind.
